Your first hands-on run of the WE+ way of working, the method every project will follow in the future. Define and Design on Tuesday, Develop on Wednesday, ship on Thursday.
You get the stakeholder interviews and turn them into user stories with the WE+ method. At the end of the evening the business stakeholders choose what gets built.
Output: the features, chosen by the people who need them
Your crew builds its feature in its own sandbox of the Plus-One test environment.
Output: a working feature, feedback built in
Merge-ready, demoed, judged. The jury picks one winning crew. We wrap up a little earlier and roll straight into the BeJUG meetup at the office.
Output: code that goes to production the week after
